Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and RA2 LAB COMPANY LIMITED ("Ra2Lab", "we", "us") about your use of the Casalo mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading or using Casalo you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Casalo lets you create AI-generated visualizations of interiors, exteriors and gardens from photos and text you provide, and chat with AI assistants about home and garden topics. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
Casalo creates an anonymous account on your device so the app can work; you don't need to give us your name or email. You are responsible for your device and for keeping it secure.
3. Free designs and Casalo Pro
- Each new install includes a limited number of free designs, shown in the app. A design is counted only when the image finishes.
- Casalo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly or yearly, that removes the free design limit. Prices are shown in the app and in the App Store or Google Play before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by them under their policies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- If we change subscription prices, the new price applies from your next renewal and the store will notify you as its rules require, so you can cancel if you don't agree.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos and text you submit ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to process Your Content only to provide the Service — for example, to send it to our AI providers and return your design. You may use the designs you create, subject to these Terms and to the rights in the photo you started from.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don't submit content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or shows people without their permission in a way that harms them.
5. AI results
Designs and assistant answers are generated automatically and can be inaccurate or unexpected. They are visualizations and ideas, not professional advice: they are not architectural or construction drawings, measurements, structural or safety assessments, or legal, financial or veterinary advice. Check with a qualified professional before you build, renovate, buy materials or make decisions that rely on them. If you use a virtually staged image in a property listing, you are responsible for disclosing it as required by the platform and the law where you are.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service or our servers; try to reverse engineer, copy or extract the app's source code, except where the law allows; use automated means to access the Service; resell the Service; or use it to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.
7. Our intellectual property
The app, its design, text, artwork and the Casalo name belong to Ra2Lab or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store or Google Play usage rules.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat and AI model providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any design will meet your expectations. The app needs an internet connection to generate designs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ra2Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Casalo at any time by deleting the app (and cancelling any subscription in your store account). We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these Terms.
12. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded Casalo from the App Store, these Terms are between you and Ra2Lab, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for addressing claims relating to it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
